Dear Cousins: Shaela Noella, a gifted songstress, medium, and practitioner of the healing arts, and Nina Bratcher, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and registered yoga teacher (RYT-200), will guide you through a series of self care womb practices, yoga sessions, sound healing, and creative expression activities.

Nina Bratcher

Nina Bratcher is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) providing individual psychotherapy to adults coping with mental health issues and seeking emotional wellness. Her practice is located in the San Francisco Bay Area, although she provides support to clients virtually throughout California. Her work with clients focuses on self-healing through nervous system education and somatic exploration. She aims to facilitate an experience of co-regulation in the therapeutic relationship, allowing for the possibility of learning tools for self-regulation. Her therapeutic style is integrative, trauma-informed, appropriately humorous, and pulls from various approaches including mindfulness, cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic, and client-centered. Nina is also a registered yoga teacher (RYT-200) and has been exploring yoga as an avenue for healing. She believes understanding and honoring the relationship between mind and body is essential in the process of healing. Integrating yoga and breathwork has deepened her personal connection between mind and body and inspires her to share these tools with others.

Shaela Noella

Shaela Noella is a songstress, medium, and practitioner of the healing arts. She carries the magic of laughter, sound, and nature flower essences. Many of these gifts awakened in her on the Big Island of Hawaii, through travels and tours in the Western States, Latin America, and working with Shamanas, Curanderas, Nanas, Teachers, Mentors, Compassionate Benevolent Helping Spirits, and Nature Spirits. She has been living nomadically for the past few years, deepening her relations with Curanderas and Nanas in Mexico and Guatemala, expanding her knowledge of womb care, and more. Shaela Noella is the visionary of Sister Winds Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to uplifting women in music and healing arts. The nonprofit is growing internationally, with events in Guatemala building sisterhood with amazing indigenous healers through Hermanas del Viento events with the Mystic Choir.
